About Us

Our Story Started during the middle of the pandemic after seeing our service business SSPEST plumbet and the development in our start up Pestrac had all but stopped, the pest industry had already taken a beating and the future looked uncertain for many Pest Controllers. Realising the reality of potential business closure we couldn't afford to sit in lock down and wade out the storm, it was difficult to keep our staff despite having our customers calling us, yet we couldn't risk face to face servicing like every business at that time.

Product Design Phase

Working from home the initial phase began with investing some time to look at researching different opportunities that would help support our core business at the same time have the highest likelyhood of commercialisation and that lead us to look at pest product development. For the most part we were figuring out things on the fly, looking into products that we use in our current business that could be improved, this is where the original baitabox concept was concieved.

A Year in the Making

After consulting numerous experts from product designers to patent attorneys to material maunfacturers over 12 months from our initial research we had a sample tested and working in the field. And now, we have a registered design with the australian patent office, and we are now developing our ecommerse site so we can now lauanch our Baitabox Rodent product to the all Australians that are in need of a product that will deliver results without the heavy costs with more expensive rigid plastic products.
